Fan in lights died!!

I have a Current Satellite lighting system which has a built in fan...
Well the fan died today and I need to get a replacement. Anything that I should be aware about during that period. Whats the worse that can happen?

there shouldn't be any hazard. the fans are there becuase the cooler you can keep the bulbs, the longer they will last.

I was more concerned with them blowing or something like that. I called Current and I got the specs on the fan. Its 2in x 1in. Went to newegg and got them there

wish my sunpod fans would blow, they sound like a jet plane. I have external fans I'd rather use.
