anybody got any luck with windydazzs fans they are pretty cheap and sound like they work.i gotta add fans to my canopy way to much heat from new fixture mh afaid of fire or mealting something.

Those types of fans are built by a few chinese vendors and labeled as whatever by various distributors.
Quality on all these is about the same... then work fine until they stop, then you go spend $10 on another one.

I haven't needed one yet. But I had a desktop computer in a cabinet once and took the heat out with two fans that go in computers. Not sure if you could wire them up to the ballast or what. They worked non stop for three years, sold house and can't tell you if they still work or not. That would be where I would start looking.
