I think the only way is to cut the rock, whether it be with dremel or wet tile saw (filled with SW). We cant say good sites, but I recommend going to the more popular boards and checking out what members have for sale. Usually cheaper and have an easier time finding items.

chances are, it's not a rock at all. it's the favia's skeleton. i bought a frag of favia a long time ago and it was a flat, square 6 polyp frag. i just left it on the sand bed, and after a long while, it's turned into a perfectly round colony.
and yes, you'll have to dremel pieces of it off. score it, then hammer and chisel it. it's the only way.
