Favorite anemones?Need advice to choose

I have been thinking about getting an anemone and possibly a mate for my black and white clown. I had a green bubble tip in the past but lost him to a powerhead when he decided to wander after months of growing very well. What might you recommend for an anemone that is pretty and doesn't like to wander to much? I prefer one that won't have supper long tenticles if there is such a thing. I also have thought about a rose tip.
Any advice?? Thanks in advance!

Sorry I should have given a little information.
I have a 90 gallon RR with T5's x 6 which gives very nice lighting. I am not having trouble with any SPS or LPS.

Thanks for the additonal info. Sounds like your tank is doing well. The best home for your clown is going to the BTA,LTA or carpet. LTA is out. I would go with the Rose BTA. What a nice looking anemone!

Don't get a rock anenome. From what i hear most clowns won't even go near it but wait for someoen more knowledgeble on such.

If you have ever seen a rock anemone, they have pink, green and other colored centers..The question was which anemone to get..It did not specify if the anemone was for the clown, it just said and a mate for the clown...

For those of you with a sebae, what can you tell me about those? Colors you might find in those? Do they wander much?
I am probably going to go with the rose tip unless I hear that the sebae is a better choice. I also wondered what you all thought about adding an orange percula (true I think?) instead of another B & W. What do you think? All advice appreciated and thanks in advance!! :happyfish

Do not get a tube anemone they will eat your clowns. They have a very, very potent sting. Also your clown may or may not host a BTA. Your best bet is a carpet. Also how do tou like your T-5's. I read that it is not safe to have a carpet anemone with a Mandarin so I think that I'm going to get the RTA for my clown (soon to be clowns). Anyone heard that the carpet is not safe with the Mandarin?

Imho the best anemone to get is the Bubble Tip. They reproduce readily in captivity. Many of the other anemones do not and are being overfished.
A clown may or may not host. In the wild certain Clowns are found in certain anemones. In an aquarium it's not a given.
