ive hand my feather duster for 3 weeks now and it doin great....but today i noticed that somthing cut the feather part in half......will it grow back....what could have cut it...

i had a peppermint shrimp rip the crown off of one of my feather dusters. That was about a month or so ago, and now it is back to almost the same size. And he is huge.!
