Feather Duster growing out of Live Rock???

I just spotted this Feather Duster growing out of my Live Rock. My tank has been up for 3 weeks now. Could somebody ID this and tell me more about it?

It is a feather duster, not sure of the exact i.d
I even get those things growing on the macro algae in my fuge!
