FEATHER DUSTER

I GOT A FEATHER DUSTER IVE HAD IT IN MY TAKE FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS HES BEEN OUT FOR THOSE 2 WEEKS , NOW HES WENT IN HIS TUBE AND HASNT COME OUT FOR 4 DAYS NOW CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS ? EVERYTHING ELSE IS DOING GOOD

Sorry to say it may not be a good thing. Dusters are a filter feeder and are out most of the time feeding, where you spot feeding him with liquid food? Also we keep our tanks much to clean for dusters to stay alive for any length of time.Unless you can spout feed several time a day and have other filter feeders that will help clean up the extra food in the tank.

Sorry to disagree...but IMO feather dusters are the easiest thing you can have in a tank. You don't need to feed them, they eat what floats in the water that you feed your corals, by eating the extra floating food keeps the tank clean for you. I have kept them for years and years. I have NEVER spot fed one, that's crazy.
If there is not enough food they shed their crown and grow a smaller one. Just feed your corals 2Xs a week.
They also don't care if it's night or day....If fish swim too close they close up and maybe it comes out at night when the fish are not so active. Do you have moonlights to check?
