feather duster

Came home today and feather duster is out of its tube... tank has a milky cloud to it too... what's it doing?

when you say its out of its tube what is it doing? just lying on your substrate? it sounds to me like it might be dead. dusters sometimes leave their tubes to build another in a better locale, but if yours is just laying around. it might be dead. do a water test, and then if things ar eout of whack, do a water change

another idea... just added a bubble coral next to it the other day and now that i look at the tube it looks red and discolored.. i didnt think the bubble would hurt the feather duster but i guess i was wrong?

the bubble could have definately stung the worm to death, but not sure that the tube would discolor
