Feather Duster

If a feather duster has been pulled out of its tube will it survive?

you mean it's just the worm? does it have somewhere to hide? where's it's tube? i assume it's lost it's crown? they can regenerate a crown if they have a home in enough time to avoid starving to death. but if they've got to build a tube and generate a crown i think the odds are slim. (assuming it hasn't already been eaten by somebody.)

usually a featherduster never leaves his home. if it leaves that means its dead, or will die. if its been pull out, im assuming its been pulled out by a preditor and will probably be eaten or killed. but if it is about to die the usually climb out and die. i hope this didnt happen to you
