feather dusters

my feather dusters just shed and regrew their feathers, I noticed that both of them are doing a color change. half will be white and the other green,then they they reverse :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: then back again contiually. Is this an electric current going on?

??? Kinda confused by your question.
Also, I don't know if you're aware of this or not, but "shedding" their feathers is not a good thing.
