how fast/slow do these guys grow? are the one on my live rock gonna grow up to be big an strong like the one i bought from my lfs? or are they just going to stay small?

I have had these small featherdusters in my tank for 11 years. None have grown up. I think that they all just stay small.

The two worms you're talking about are two "species" of worm. The little ones will not grow up to be the real big ones.
