Feed pumps vs Teeing off return line

I have a phosban 550 and Geo 618 calcium reactor. I was using 2 MJ 1200's but I'm thinking on my new build I might tee-off the return line twice and use two gate valves for flow control. Return pump will be an Eheim Compact+5000 and I'm aiming for 600gph through the sump. Good idea?

I think I'm going to leave the return line alone and try to feed both reactors with one MJ 1200. Reason being: when the return pump get's powered down, either by a power failure or me, air will enter the line and when it turns back on the air will be injected into the reactors. My hope is that since the Phosban reactor needs so little flow and the MJ 1200 was just a bit too much for the Ca Rx, that it will be able to feed both reactors no problem. I'll just be using soft tubing and small valves for this.
