Feeding Advice

I received a few PJ cardinalfish from SWF. They arrived in mostly excellent condition and the acclimation procedure went pretty well. They sure are curious little fellows.
Question I have is, what is the best way to feed them? When I put food in (dry, flake or bits), my 2 green chromis and 2 blue/green damsels eat mostly everything near instantly. The poor ugly cardinals barely get any scraps that may fall.
Advice?
I'm going to go pick up some brine shrimp today, too.
Also, unrelated, does SWF respond to emails sent to fish at saltwaterfish dot com? I haven't had any replies to three emails I've sent over the past 4-5 days-- including one regarding my most recent order. Emails are not in my spam folder. Anyone have any issues like this?

The brine shrimp worked out. The PJ's came out and ate, all except one. The little guy just continued to hover in one of the liverock caverns. It's seemed antisocial since I acclimated it.
And unfortunately, when I returned home a little bit ago, I saw the poor thing stuck to my intake-- deceased.
The others seem fine.
My first casualty, unfortunately. Based on feedback here, I'm hopeful SWF will honor their guarantee-- even if they don't answer my emails. ;-)

I have never had them respond to any of my e-mails either except when I had an order pending and they were out of the fish I ordered-after I had been billed so we did some negotiating for a different fish. They originited that e-mail, but the other inquiries I have sent were not confirmed nor responded to. I have seen that same comment posted on this web site before-AND they have no phone number posted on the web site or on the packing lists you receive with your livestock. The product is great-but it is a real deterrant not to get any response when you have concerns and questions.
