feeding and swimming

hi i am feeding my clowns a bunch of foods they dont eat flake pellet or even small krill if they do its VERY little.
i am going to buy them frozen food is this a better idea anyone have any experience with this
also how can you tell if they are "stress free" mine are swimming around the tank slowly and sometimes a little fast stsaying together but osmetimes apart but not for too long.
They swim activly and dont like to hide in the lr

does anyone have anyexperience with these kind of situations?

My clowns pretty much swim around like that most of the time.
They may not be eating b/c they are stressed in your tank from the cycling going on.

i had my water tested and the cycle is almost done i wont paut anything els in for a llonnnggg time but its almost good.
i knew i couldnt go without that coming up.

due to the fact your tank is still cycling your fish will have some undue stress my best reccommendation is to add PRIME to your tank this will not eliminate ammonias or nitrates fully from your tank but it will detoxify them making it safer for your fish.in return may help reduce some stress they are having. i have no experience any other product.i do know this one works quite well.also used to remove chlorine chlorimine i use this product with every water change and top off waters(ro) and tap both.this will not effect the tanks cycle
