I'm new to the frozen foods... Do you thaw the frozen mysis shrimp and others before you give it to the anemone, or do you give it a frozen chunk?

Always thaw out frozen food in a cup of tank water befor feeding. Or let it thaw in your hand under the tank water as I do but never give still frozen food directly to livestock IMO.

This is probably a dumb question, but how do you keep the mysis shrimp from falling apart while you are feeding the anemone?

Brine by itself has no nutritional value.

?!? Personally I thaw a cube of mysis shrimp out in some tank water, then use a turkey baster to gently sqeeze some into the tenticals of the anemone near the oral disc.

For what an anemone? Forget it. Absolutely not necessary for anemones. Many companies that make such products will say its good for anemones, but I have read and heard where the anemones that have been target fed these products have had bad results. Plus such products if used to frequently have given tanks poor water quality. The plankton if used properly can have results for your corals, but the anemone isn't a strong filter feeder, technically they are carnivorous and need the meaty foods.
The top sticky has a small article about feeding anemones at the last post.
