feeding anenome?

What should I feed a rock anenome, how often and how do i feed it?

shrimp, scallops, squid, silversides, krill basically anything meaty
depending on anemone some everyday others every other day

feed my anenome freeze dried krill every other day.

How do I feed the aneome though? Do I put the food directly on it with my hand?

i do, put it in its tentacles and it will grab the food and take it to the mouth
