Silversides is fine, just lay one on his tenticals, I use a plastic aquarium tongs, I also use turkey baster to gently squirt things like mysis shrimp, or zooplankton at him.

Being new to the tank he is most likely spending his energy on acclimating to your tank, this is normally a two week period IMO. He may even spend his energy on moving during that time. Give him a few more days and try again.
I'm suprised that one of your tomatos took to it so quickly, Condi's are not normal hosting anemones to any clownfish, but it has been known to happen.

i kept a condy under vho as well as power compact. i prefer vho's over pc's. i had 440W's of vho on my 55 and the condy did very well. i also had a pair of gold striped maroons hosting it so that also helped. what are the dimensions of your tank? what's your budget? :D

there's many options but i don't know the dimensions of your tank....
you're gonna have to do some reading, just use the search engine on this site. key words to look for are: metal halide, power compact or pc, VHO, and T5. those are the most popular kinds of lighting people use.
from there the prices differ depending on what kind of bulbs you go with and whether you buy a pre-manufactured set up or build it yourself.

Yes definately get some more lighting. The 2 24 inch strip lights that came with your tank are probably about 30 watts total. That is not even a 16th enough light to keep an anenome.
