Feeding branching frogspawn?

Hi everyone,
I haven't been online in awhile, so I apologize up front if someone recently had this question answered already, but is it necessary to feed branching frogspawns? I have never seen mine open it's mouth. It always seems hidden by the frog eggs waving around everywhere. I tried squirting some brine shrimp into his gelatinous mass, but I never saw anything come out to grab it.
Cheers,
kris

I've had my Frogspawn for years, with no luck trying to feed it. I have tried on several occasions in the past year, with no effects. It doesn't seem to matter, to mine, wether you feed it or not, so I don't. It's done fine without feeding for years, so why try to force feed it...

Kris,
I do not feed mine either, and it seems to be doing fine and has done so for a few years. So I agree with 10K, if anyone knows differently, let us know.

I've decided that my frogspawn/torch/hammer corals do best feeding off the water column. They have never responded to direct feedings and I regularly add DT's phytoplankton for them to filter .....works well in my system. From time to time I will squirt the liquid from direct feedings (mixed with DT's) on them and they seem to like it...but they've never responed to meaty foods like say my brains or bubble corals.
