feeding bubble tip anemone

Hello, I bought my first bubble tip anemone and fed it for the first time yesterday, i fed it a slice of a small white fish that was defrosted (from my lfs directions) it ate it and had a "buldging stomach" for a few hours, today i woke up and the white fish is back sitting on top of him. (it wasnt a whole fish it was a small slice) why would he spit it out and not do it instantly? thanks

I feed mine krill..he seems to take to it. I tried to feed a piece of shrimp before and he spit it out. Mine also likes squid.

Mine does that every once in awhile and it is usually when i feed it a different kind of fish. I feed mine silversides and i feed it half of the fish.

silversides is a good idea...ill have to try that! Thanks Dan =)
