Feeding cleaner shrimp

Do you hand feed cleaner shrimp? If so, what do you give them and how often?

Mine just gets some of the left overs from when I feed the tank.

mine also gets food as i feed and then picks stuff up

Mine steal food from what ever it in front of them. Including inside my Anemones mouth. Dont feed them they will get what they need.

I hand feed my cleaner shrimp. He eats frozen brine and mysis. I put some between my fingers, stick my hand by him, and he jumps on my fingers and picks at it until he is finished, or he just takes the whole hunk and hops off

. It's pretty neat actually
