Feeding Clown Trigger

I have a clown trigger that is about 2.5 inches. My question is how often should i Feed him. I have been feeding clams,brine,mysis,krill,scallops
and i soak the food in Zoe, Zoecon, or Garlic. Diffrent soaks on each day. Is beef heart a good choice for food i have not fed that yet?

dont you have lots of live fish for it to eat.
