feeding clowns

hello all I posted the other day about getting an aquarium/fish/corals and all..... well the move went good no loses but I was curious what to feed. they ( the previous owners were feeding frozen brine but I kind of thought this might not be enough nutrients for the fish
fish:
1 tank raised perc
1 maroon/gold clown
1 skunk clown
1 hawk fish
2 pajama cardinals

I feed frozen Formula One and flake, occasionally Brine Shrimp Plus. My clowns are very bright, colorful, active, etc.

So far my clowns will eat brine and flakes. They should also eat the formula foods.

I feed my clowns everything and they eat everything. I think if you feed them a variety of foods, they'll be healthy and happy.
