3x a week (we feed M-W-F)
Uncooked table shrimp, SW fish flesh (salmon, tuna, snapper, swordfish, shark, silversides, etc.), scallops, clams, lobster, squid.
Feed until you see a modest little "belly bulge"...the fish will still act hungry, BTW.

Yeppers...when we buy a piece of fish, we cut it into "dinner portions" so all we do is thaw out a chunk, cut it into bite-sized pieces (we have fish from 1" to over a foot long), and feed them out. Of course, we're feeding a dozen setups containing Scorpaeniformes, so your pieces will be smaller.

I cant get my zebra lionfish to eat. Tried everything. Only thing he will eat is ghost shrimp.. Now lately I have gotten him to sometimes eat FROZEN ghost shrimp. But thats all.
