Feeding fish

I will be going away for the weekend starting tomorrow and will return on Sunday. My problems is about feeding the fish. I only have 2 damsles and a clown fish. Is their something that i can buy that will feed the fish until i return or should i have a friend feed the fish for me while i'm gone. :happyfish
Also what is the best food to feed the fish. I have been feeding them flakes but wanted to get peoples opinion on food preferences. :notsure:

If those are your only fish you should be fine for Saturday and Sunday without feeding them. I am not sure how some of the less-hardy fish would hold up, maybe someone else can pipe in just to inform the rest of us- but damsels can definately survive 2 days without food, and the clown should be Ok too. Is it a false perc or a real clown?
don;t overfeed them before/after - that will do you no good except to pollute the tank with uneaten food
