feeding flame angel lettuce??

I purchased a flame angel about a week ago....the fish is doing well...It has picked just about all the algae of the LR....The fish wont eat pellets yet, but does eat the brine shrimp....I put a gelatin algae cube in the tank but did not seem interested (everything else was!!!) My LFS said I could try some romaine lettuce....any thoughts??

1. mysis shrimp is better than brine.
2. nori would be better than lettuce.
3. fomual 1 is a great frozen food.
if you vary the flame angel's diet with a good mixture of mysis, nori, formula 1, and eventually the flakes and pellets, the fish will do well.
how much liverock do you have? how big a tank?

Hmmm, I have heard about romaine for tangs, but never for dwarf angels....
