Feeding Frozen Food

Hey gang, i just switched to feeding frozen prime reef (which the fish love btw).. but this is my first attempt at feeding frozen foods. How much should I feed (like one block, half a block, 1/4... 1/8.. 1/32... lol)?? I'm used to flake and can judge that just fine but I seem to be putting too much in or too little.
Any ideas? Am I wrong to feed just one kind, should they get a mix of frozen and flake (I also supplement seaweed sheets which they seem to devour)?
Any opinions welcome.
60g
Flame Hawk, Bi-Color Blennie, Clarkii, 2 cleaner shrimp and a Condy
Cheers!

Hiya,
Start out with a little and build up until you're supplying enough for them to eat in 5 minutes.
Also, a variety of foods are better. How would you like to eat the same thing for every meal? ::not a flame::

I would say start off with a portion that's about the size of your pinky nail. If they devour it within 3-5 minutes, then you're good to go.

Ok cool so that 3-5 minute rule still applies to frozen food..

Hiya,
::grin:: You'd need longer then 5 minute to get full on those. Plus...you're health would deteriate by a meat only diet.
