feeding frozen food

do you thaw it in a little water before feeding or do u just toss in the frozen chunks? if u thaw first how do u spot feed slow stars.. like a CC?

Thaw it in tank water. One interesting way to spot feed is to take a plastic 2 liter soda bottle,cut off the bottom, and put it over the object you want to feed,and drop the food in the neck of the bottle.
