About a week ago, I post a message concerning my sebae clown. What I thought was black ich was just a sign of growth, you guys were right. But anyway, you guys mentioned something about feeding my clown garlic soaked food. I understand this works for a mild case of ich or any parasites.
My problem is, I thought my sebae has some parasites on her because her behavior of scratching her mouth to rocks. So I started to feed her garlic soaked brine shrimp. She hates it, she eats it and spits it out, over and over. And one thing I noticed that her feces does not come out as one piece. It's scattered.
Is this normal? Should I stop feeding it with garlic? I noticed after I feed him garlic soaked food, my sebae goes near the cleaner shrimp more than before. Is it possible that she knew that I feed him because of the parasites and she's trying to tell me, "Feed me normal food, I'll go to the cleaner shrimp." :D

LOL...that's an interestng theory about your clown and shrimp...who knows!
You can't starve the fish, however, so if the fish won't eat garlic, then go back to offering it its regular food.
The best way to treat fish disease is in a separate hospital tank anyway, so, if you don't have one, then think about getting one.

one question.
are you adding vitamins to their food??
if so, are you putting the garlic in with the vitamins?
ours won't touch the food with both, so we feed only one or the other and they love it, one meal once in a while without vitamins won't hurt, especially if you fed more than one time a day

Nope, no vitamins whatsoever, just plain ol' garlic
I stop feeding garlic soaked food. Not only because she spits it out, my room smells like garlic, and the sad thing is there's no carbon filter that I can put in my room :D .
So I've been feeding her flakes, she loves it.
She still goes to the cleaner shrimp, the shrimp just changed its scale and came out with longer antennas. He looks good, before, one of his antenna was bitten of by damsel. I returned the damsel weeks ago :D .
Thanks for the replies...
