Feeding, how much is too much?

I am sure this has been covered but how often should you be feeding your tank. Right now, I feed frozen every other day plus I feed my starfish shrimp every other day. I feed my anenomes and other filter feeding things micro-vert once each week and for my mushrooms I use coral-vit once each week. Is that enough or too much or what?

If they all are healthy then that sounds good. I feed extra flakes food twice a day to my damsels so my hermits get some to eat. I use the same method with my starfish using shrimp also.

a general rule is to feed your fish once a day, for 2 1/2 mins
