IMO/IME everyday is way too much under even normal circumstances, however what kind of anemone are we talking about.
Feeding everyday could lead to a water quality problem.
For now three times per week is good, but what are you feeding it?
Are your lights sufficiant?

Thanks for the reply I've had the Anemone for about 2 months its under 440 watts Of VHO lighting and it was Bleached and not in good shape I didn’t think it was going to make it but now it's taking food and looking a lot better so... I’ve been feeding it silverside for a couple of weeks and I think its working. I guess ill start feeding it every 2 days now.

Sounds like it is on the road to recovery.
Varry up what you feed it. Feeding it the same thing day after day can lead to nutrient deficiencies. Give it silversides one day, a small peice of clam the next feeding, ect. Other good foods are thin peices of shrimp, squidd, formula one (a great mix that is easy to digest) and mussels.

I give him little bits of shrimp too he dont like that as much as the silveside but he eats it thanks for the help and the road to recovery is going great.
