feeding my fish?

ok so till now i have been feeding my damsel just plain old fish flakes that i use for my freshwater fish, but i know i need something else. what is the easiest and safest to make/ use and am i doing it any harm in feeding just fish flakes?

if i were you id get some saltwater flakes to feed it. there's no harm in feeding your damsel flakes

flakes or pellets will work just make sure not to feed every day
