Trying to reduce GHA I have cut my feeding back to every 3 days. In my 75 gal. I have:
1 Anthias
3 Chromis
1 Black Cap
1 Clown
1 Yellow Tang
1 Wrasse
I feed them all frozen:
Formula 1 and 2
Mysis
Blood Worms
Krill
Brine
Is this ok or am I starving my fish?

I have been told Formula feed has a good level of phosphates in it......That could elevate HGA growth....I feed mine a small amount of feed daily, they sure are not starving. They would eat more if I feed them ore, however I want to keep them at a certain level in shape and not add weight and fat to them no matter how hungry they may appear........I used to get cyano algae on the sand all the time when I fed Formula brand feed. I nno longer feed that brand and have not gotten any cyano to return......

IMO, feeding every three days may not be quite enough. I think you may have one or two many fish in your tank? Have you also tried reducing the hours your lights are on? I had a GHA problem. I reduce light hours, increased water changes, bought new light bulbs, added a DI to my RO, bought a better skimmer, and have only two fish in a 55g. It is all nearly gone after several months.
