Feeding Question?

Last week i got a Neon Green Carpet Anemone.
It's beautiful,my lfs said no food was needed,
but i once heard that you should feed them
krill shrimp,if this is true,how do i do it?

Wow! i got one of those neon (green) carpet anem today. Food is recommended. you dont have to, but its beeter if you do. What lights do you have? If you have less than 200wts, feed the anem. You should feed it:
1) krill
2) silver sides
3) shrimp
4) squid
you feed it by putting the food in its mouth and it should contract to get the food in. feed it once or twice a week. That would work.
