Feeding schedule

Quick question, if I'm feeding 6 days a week, assuming a softie tank with a few fish,

How many times would you guys feed mysis/frozen
and how many times pellet/flake?

Is it like 3:3, or 5:1, or 4:2?
I'm unsure if you guys feed dried foods equally, or only like supplementation from time to time.

I was watching one of the BRS videos on algae control, and I thought it was interesting the host mentioned that feeding a teaspoon of pellets is equivalent to 7-8 teaspoons of frozen food in terms of nutritional content.

I have an auto feeder that dispenses a small amount of small pellets (half algae half regular) once a day. I feed half an algae sheet once a day and frozen once a day, one full cube. I only feed mysis once a week or so when I feed my anemone the rest of the time I feed a mixed cube that has plant material and meaty foods. I keep 2-3 different kinds in my freezer and alternate. I have more fish than you, 2 tangs, 2 angels, a clown, a dotty back, a cardinal fish, a blenny, a spotted mandarin, and a couple others I can't remember.
I feed a lot, I have had issues with nitrate but I really don't have much algae, the fuge is full of chaeto, I run GFO and biopellets. Yesterday my nitrate was between 10 and 25 which is good for my tank.

I see thank you
So you feed pellets daily and frozen daily and it seems to working fine with your fish load and nutrient export.

I think alternating between pellets and mysis is good then.

I find I can feed more mysis than pellets so the fish get 'full', whereas I only feed them 4-5 mini pellets each time so they're always hungry on days they are fed pellets.

You should be fine. My tank has been established for a couple years and the bacteria seems to match the bioload reasonably well. I don't have a ton of coral but I am looking at a new system, a slightly smaller tank but a larger sump that will be below it in my basement and don't want to add more coral until I have that set up.
