Feeding Time

I was given a frag of a zoo. My question is feeding it. The LFS gave me iodine and photoplex and told me to use this.
A. Is he correct?
B. How often do you feed them this?
c. Is there any other food I should be feeding them?

i have some info that others gave me on feeting my corals in the thread called Dear Diary if you want to take a look.....
the one thing everyone stresses though is don't overfeed, which is easy to do...I hear? I haven't started feeding mine and they are doing well

i feed my corals every three or so days....and in terms of other supplements i have never dosed my tank with anything

and u don't need iodine for zoas

they are the hardiest of all corals...they don't need anything which can't be provided by weekly water changes

i mix in a small cup a squirt of four or five different filter foods and then dose teh tank so that you aren't feeding your corals and such the same thing everytime
