No.
Though they can feed on small particulate matter, Sarcophyton species do not need to be feed and get the huge majority of their energy through photosynthesis.

I agree they will gather everything they need on their own from whats available in system, target feeding or adding food specificly for them is a total waste, and will just add to pollution of your tank.
