I've seen on some sites that they need to be fed 3 times a day? I have three of them wouldnt that just mess up my parameters? Is this correct cause i've only been feeding them flakes in the morning and frozen krill at night?!
I would not feed them 3 times per day, but I certainly would get some better foods to mix in their diet. Flake for triggers is never a good idea. Get some mysis, prawn, clam, scallop, and squid.

Okay, well, I would still try to get them to eat some more different frozen foods.
Flakes are not bad, but they just do not have much substance.
I agree. They may be used to flakes, but that does not mean that they will not accept other foods. Flakes do not offer much nutritional value. Triggers are mostly meat eaters. Pick up frozen formula foods for triggers or other semi-aggressive fish or make you own. The food should contain clam, squid, shrimp, fish, and algae based foods combined together.

Okay thanks guys, i'll go the the lfs tomorrow, i swear i live there we are there everyday!!
smaller triggers you could feed once or twice a day . then bigger you could feed three small meals if you want too . I always fed mine once in the morning and once at night . I made my own food which was a mix of fresh seafood blended up into a paste and then frozen .Basicaly everybody in the tank ate the same thing from the clowns to the puffer and triggers , Even the tangs would go after it while snubbing knori . Also I always kept some freeze dried krill and othe goodies to toss in as treats between feedings .
When i first introduced a homeade blend of raw seafood vs the brine my trigger wanted nothing to do with it, after a week he came around, as yours will to.

Did you add any garlic to your blend ? I added garlic extract from the natural market store plus a package or nori broken up and blended in .
