Well I finally have my tank up and running, like I mentioned in a previous post. I have a couple damsels, and a small clown. I also got my refugium going with some caulerpa (sp). I have read that a variety of food is beneficial, but I am not sure what to use. I am only using flake food right now. What should i get to add variety? BTW, im getting a lawnmower blenny and more snail and crabs this week from this site. The lawnmower should have plenty to snack on with the algae before I begin to supplement his diet. Thanks for the suggestions.

You can get many different frozen foods. Give them some frozen with a pinch of flake or you can feed flake one day and frozen another. I use Formula 1, Mysis shrimp, brine shrimp and marine cuisine. I also use a few different offerings from Ocean Nutrition: F1 pellet, F2 flake and Prime Reef.

By the sounds of it, you are off to a good start. Damsels do fine with flake, although I must ask, what type of damsels did you get?
:notsure:
