I am getting a few damsel fish and it says they can all eat flakes or pellets.. When I went to order some there are 20 different kinds. What do I order and how much do I feed them and how often?

Also, since your are getting just some damsels, the frozen food really isnt that detremental, you can get by with pellets found in any marine fish store, SPECTRUM A+ get the small size.

I have had my tank set up for about 3 weeks or so and they suggested starting with Damsels cause they are the hardiest. I have a 75 gal tank with about 80lbs of cured live rock. I have a protien skimmer, filter and two blowers for current. I also have a timed lighting system that goes from daylight to dusk and dawn and moonlight. I been keeping track of the levels for a while now and the nitrate and other levels are perfect. I ordered a test to check Amonia as well. My husband is in charge of all that stuff. We just wanted to start with some snails, crabs and a few hardy fish to see how we are doing.

Maybe some hermit crabs because snails are very sensitive, to any nitrite, amonia and salinity fluctuations
