How long has the fish been in your tank? You shouldnt feed it for at least a day after you acclimate it to your tank. Some people go even longer. If its hungry and healthy it will eat, some fish that are fed well can get picky. I havent had my 2 clowns reject anything I have given them so far.

You should be ok to try to feed in a day. Its not uncommon for them to take a few days to want to eat. Any stress issues that you can see? Breathing heavily, staying in a corner or pacing back and forth repeatedly? These could be indications of acclimation shock. 3 days and they are typically in the clear. After that any deaths can be assumed to be from environmental issues or just an unhealthy fish. HTH
