Since my tank is very new and saltwater fish is also new to me, how often should I feed my damsels? One person told me twice a day at the same time each day and then another said only once a day. Anyone with suggestions?

Most generally it depends on what you feed them, and how much you feed at a time. If you feed flake, 2-3 times a day is the usual in a moderate amount. Frozen is usually once a day in a small amount an live in every other day.
I've been feeding damsels flakefood twice a day once in the morning and once at night and frozen brine shrimp every other day. It looks like the domino's are real hungry since my yellowtails have hardly no tails. Really looks like the domino's are very aggressive compared to yellowtail. Not too sure since this is all new to me and the tank is going through its cycle right now.

Damsel's are by nature a very aggresive and territorial fish. The domino is one of the worst. I like to use green chromis for cycling. They have always proved to be a good community fish.........STEVE
In general all damsels are aggressive other then green chromis, as Mr Salty mentioned. I would feed them twice a day that way they will produce more waste to cycle your tank. However once your tank is cycled and you want to add other fish get rid of the damsels before you add other fish because they will attack and nip at fish 10 times there size.
