Yup agree. I say once a day unless it's a zoo/phytoplankton Eater or open water swimmer... Two to four times a day for these fish is best imo.

I feed multiple times a day, but the general amount is the same. Going by frozen cube size, I would say I feed 4-6 cubes a day. For 3 tanks. This feeds my fox face , yellow tang, purple fire, clown goby, 4 clowns, royal gramma, mc coskers wrasse,6line wrasse, coral beauty, golden sleeper headed goby, alage blenny, yellow tail damsel, sunrise dotty back, 4 mandarins,3 scooter blennys, chromis, yellow watchman goby, red fire, and purple pseudo

If you have live rock in your tank, there is more food in there then what you feed your fish. I used to feed my seahorses 2 to 3 times a day, then I found out that I could seed the tank with amphipods, just once since they breed quick, and feed them frozen food only once a day...they and all other fish spend their time grazing the rocks for algae and hunting pods (amphipods, copepods, isopods)

Well I guess I'm doing the norm then I thought I was over feeding mine since the guy at my lfs said one feeding a day is all they need. I feed mine twice a day with frozen food and algae sheets every other day.
I guess I have pods my tangs are always nibbling on my rock but I don't have algae so I guess pods would explain it.
