fern grass looking stuff

I noticed in the past few days a grass looking kinda like a fern sorta..I know its not hair algae is this good?
It does not grow fast or anything, just curious. I kind of like it. I guess it would help with nitrates right?

bryopsis. One of the hardest to get rid of. Lettuce nudi branch will eat it.

it came in on a piece of coral I bought it slide down in there and I havevn't noticed it until few days ago. it took forever to grow that big

anything else eat this stuff, my hermits, turbos and lawnmower have not tough it..
