Fiddler Crabs are Tasty!

I caught a few fiddler crabs today for bait and feed a few to my BDragon, he loved em but my question is are these a good food source or are they mostly shell?

is your eel aggressive when he eats
my eel is a big baby he takes the food SOOO nicely off of the feeding stick i figured why not just feed him with my hand, he was actually timid to take it from my hand and then crept up and just "gently took the food from me and ate it"
what a softy! until he bites my finger :hilarious

mine tears food apart. he comes to the top and puts his whole head out of the water and i give him the food,.. NO JOKE!

Well I am not an eel person, but yes you can feed fiddler crabs, of course still offer a variety of meaty foods but fiddlers added to you list will be fine.
