I found a fiddler crab in my tank today. I haven't added anything to it in atleast 2 months yet there he is.
Any advise? I do not have a fuge or sump set up yet. Will hopefully will have it running in a few weeks.
Thanks in advance!

No she means fiddler
how would you know?
my guess is that it isn't a fiddler crab, due to the fact that they like to live in mud and have burrows and can get air.. It may be a different type pf crab, possibly one with a broken claw making the other look larger.

Fiddler crabs breath air. They do not have gills as most crabs do. Fiddlers can and will drown in home tanks.

I agree here. You will notice them finding a way to the top of the tank if they can. They will climb out as well, if they can find a way to do so.
