Fighting Clowns

I've had my pair of ocellaris clowns for about three weeks. During the past few days, the larger of the two has begun chasing the smaller one around. I'm assuming this is the beginning of the "fight for dominance." However, the chasing has turned into attacking and now the little guy has fins that are shredded and missing pieces. It's pretty sad to see him like that =( but I know it's all part of their behavior. He also has darkened patches on his body, which I'm guessing is due to the stress he must feel. I was just wondering, is it safe to leave him in there with her being so aggressive? I'd be crushed to wake up in the morning to a deceased clownfish. Thanks in advance! :)

Try rearranging your rocks. It might help.
I use stresscoat everytime my fish are hurt. Helps them heal faster.
Also gives them their slime coating which they tend to lose when fighting .
