Is it possible for saltwater fish to fight ick on their own? I know for freshwater sometimes you will get a mild case of ick, but it will be fought off by the fish on its own, and sometimes, depending on different things, it is best to just leave the fish alone and let its immune system do its work. Is this ever the case with saltwater?
