Fighting Mated Pair?

I recently purchased a supposed proven mated pair of Ocellaris clownfish from my LFS. I have known the owner of this store for over 2 years now and completely trust him.
He told me that he had just purchased them from another customer earlier in the day and that they had already had 5 sets of babies. The previous owner no longer wanted them since he had tanks full of babies.
Since they have been in my tank the female clown is very aggressive towards the male. After the first night I noticed a nice chunk missing from the males lower fin. Its has been a few days now. I do not see them sleeping together and I still notice the female being aggressive and the male twitching to give up dominance... I thought that they were a pair, why are they fighting? Is it normal for them to fight again when moved to a location?
Any thoughts?

I think it is normal. They are in a new location and may have to reestablish dominance. She may also be at him to prepare a new egg site......pregnant women can be so bossy!
(I am going to get flamed for that...but worth it)
Give it a few weeks and things should settle down.

Thanks for the reply.
I figured they were just figuring out dominance in the new location, but wanted to double check.
Now I can relax and stop thinking that I was ripped off.
I'll keep everyone up to date...
