I have 100lbs of Figi Live rock in my tank. I have hermit crabs and emerald crabs in the tank as well. My salt levels are fine and calcium is around 500.
Problem: I'll wake up in the morning and I'll see small pieces (maybe 1/10lb) of live rock broken off...these are often the most purple pieces of the rock.
Is this just normal or am I doing something wrong? This has happened about 4-5 times.
Just wondering.
