ive been conversing with walt smith, the owner of the fiji mud.
we have come to the conclusion, that it might be best to still get a skimmer, but to underate it for the size of the tank, to not kill and remove the beneficial things like phytoplankton and microalgaes.
i am looking to get a skimmer for in sump use that will do ONLY 25-50 gallons MAX.
its going to be a 75 DT and 29 sump/fuge.
can anyone recommend a smaller but still good quality in sump skimmer?
